Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Flymobe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Our Service
Flymobe is a flight search engine that aggregates flight information from airlines and travel providers. We display available options but do not sell tickets directly. When you select a flight, you will be redirected to the airline or provider to complete your booking.
User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Disclaimer
Flight prices, availability, and schedules displayed on Flymobe are provided by third-party sources and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Flymobe is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to issues with bookings made through third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on Flymobe are the property of Flymobe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Premium Subscription Terms
Through these terms, we provide the consumer with pre-contractual information as referred to in Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Premium subscription services are contracted through flymobe.com. For any communication, please use info@flymobe.com.
The platform offers premium subscriptions (Planner and Pro plans) granting access to exclusive Flymobe features. All plans are displayed with their description and price. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Offers are duly identified and their validity is limited to their display on screen, and may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
To access premium features, the user must select a subscription plan and complete payment through the secure Stripe payment gateway. The system will request bank card details. Once the charge is confirmed, the user will have immediate access to the premium features corresponding to their plan.
Flymobe offers payment by bank card (debit or credit) through Stripe. Card data travels encrypted via SSL protocol. Card data is not stored in any Flymobe database but is managed directly through Stripe. At no time does Flymobe receive users' card data, only payment confirmation.
The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, maintaining access to premium features until that date. Regarding the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium and where performance of the service has begun, the subscriber loses their right of withdrawal as established by applicable consumer protection legislation.
The subscriber agrees to provide truthful information in purchase forms. The subscription is personal and non-transferable. Redistribution or sharing of premium access with third parties is prohibited.
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, images, and premium features of Flymobe are owned by Flymobe or used under express license. Premium content is private and customised for each subscription level. Flymobe reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the subscription in case of breach of these terms, without refund of amounts paid.
